- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange for items within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be in original, unworn, and pristine condition with all factory protective films, tags, instruction booklets, and original gift packaging fully intact.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a watch or accessory that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or resolution.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items that show signs of wrist wear, scratched crystal glass or casing, adjusted metal links without original pins, or missing packaging components cannot be accepted for return.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our technical team inspects and verifies the condition of the returned items.
